 I had a few ideas for this project, and I think they are all good. I will start off with my first one. It is about a boy who runs away from home after a huge fight with his parents. He really isn't into school and doesn't try hard at all. His parents find out he is failing most of his classes and punish him by not letting him see his friends. The boy then gets mad and puts his anger on his parents. He ends up breaking an expensive painting in their house. The parents are super mad and beat him. That nigh he decides he is going to run away. The cliffhanger would end with his walking out the door with his bags in hand. The second idea is my favorite. It is about a boy that goes on a ship to meet some family friends. It is his dads small boat so it is a little risky but he decides to take that risk. The boat has a problem and ends up quitting in the ocean. He then has to find a way to get to a nearby island that he sees. He is stranded on the boat only letting the current take him to his destination. After running out of supplies he finally reaches the conclusion that he may die out on the boat. The island is big, but he has to figure out how to survive. It is left on the cliffhanger of him waking up to be beached on the island.

Film day #2 Part 1

 Today is our second day of filming for this project. We had planned to get some extra work done today. First things first I had to get ready for Sonalis house. All I had to do was get changed, grab cloths, and get over there. After gathering everything up I headed over to Sonalis to get to work. When I got to Sonalis we started to discuss what we had to do. We had a few different ideas what to start with. We decided to start with some of our long takes. These were takes that were hard to follow the script for. so for most of these we improvised what we were saying but still staying on the topic. A long take in my opinion is one that was more than 30 seconds. We had a good amount of these scenes. The reason for so many long takes is because of how long our film was. If we had only small scenes it would make it a lot harder to meet our time requirement. These long shots were  actually pretty fun in my opinion. Final Task: More Info

  Schedule March 2nd - I will start finalizing all my plans and ideas for filming and let my film crew know I will start soon. March 4th - I will start filming the beginning scenes that I only need to set my phone up somewhere. For example scenes like the beginning scenes that the credits will flow over. March 7th - I will finish up the filming that I can do alone and start to focus on the bigger scenes and shots. My parents and siblings will be the film crew that will help me here and there.  March 12th-15th - During this time I plan on finishing up most of the filming that I need to do. There will be some scenes that I want to switch out and redo, so this will not be the last time filming.  March 16th - I will start to upload all my shots and clips to OpenShot. This is my editing soft where that I will be using.  March 18th - After uploading all of my shots, I will look at all of my shots to see if they are good or not.   What titles are displayed in the opening sequences? The 20th century Fox is shown in the very beginning of the film. There is also the name that shows up after few scenes. The movie starts off at a zoo it looks like. There are a few credit scenes that show up with actors and important roles. What images are prioritized during the opening sequences? Images with animals are heavily prioritized in the beginning of the film. showing beautiful animals prancing and moving around everywhere. What connotations do these images carry? These images carry a free and fresh connotation. They have cute animals jumping around in front of the cammera. How does the film establish a feeling from the genre from the outset? The film showing a lot of wilderness may something that establishes the genre.
