Storyboard for Till Death Do Us Part

Making our storyboard was very enjoyable.  Both Sonali and I don't know how to draw so it was funny to see each others storyboard sheets.  Sonali and I decided to split up the storyboard sheets in order to finish quicker.

In the 1st storyboard sheet, Oscar is coming home from work.  Then, Sonali and Oscar have dinner then go to bed.  In this scene, it is revealed that Sonali's father has passed from alcohol poisoning.  In this page, an establishing shot, wide shot, and tracking shot will be used.

In the 2nd storyboard sheet, the next day starts and Oscar and Sonali start getting ready for work.  Later in the day, Sonali and Oscar meet up to have a picnic.  During that picnic, a wine bottle slips out of Sonali's purse.  This page will include wide shots and close ups.

In the 3rd storyboard sheet, Oscar gets upset about the wine considering the fact that Sonali is sober.  Sonali assures it just a one time thing since her father just passed.  Clips of the wine bottle are shown as it get emptier.  This page will include jump cuts.

In the 4th storyboard sheet, Sonali finishes the whole wine bottle and Oscar gets upset.  Sonali is having a hard time getting up and walking so Oscar has to help her to the car.  Once they get home, Sonali starts stumbling around in the kitchen.  This page will include close ups and possibly over the shoulder shots.

In the 5th storyboard sheet, Sonali is in the kitchen and grabs a knife.  She starts walking into the room with it.  Oscar gets up from bed and yells at her to put it back.  Sonali calms down and puts it away.  The page ends with Sonali and Oscar in bed.  This page will include over the shoulder shots, close up shots and fading transitions.

In the 6th storyboard sheet, the next morning starts and Oscar is leaving for work.  Sonali is hungover from the night before and skips work.  She gets out of bed, takes Tylenol and then received a phone call from Oscar.  This specific moment will be a split screen of Sonali taking the Tylenol and her phone ringing.  Sonali gives attitude toward Oscar over the phone and then she hangs up.  Oscar the comes home to find Sonali in bed with another bottle of wine.

In the 7th storyboard sheet, Oscar goes up to Sonali and takes the bottle out of her hand.  Sonali quickly snatches it back then throws it at Oscar.  Oscar starts to get worried and tells Sonali that she needs to get help.  She grabs his hands and says she will stop.  Oscar and Sonali then say I love you to each other.  After this, a montage of good and bad moments with Oscar and Sonali.

In the 8th storyboard sheet, the montage ends then cuts to a black screen that says, "One year has past..."  Sonali and Oscar get into another argument, and Sonali starts to get violent.  Sonali throws her shoe at Oscar and then Oscar yells that they can't keep going on like this.  Sonali gets upset and says that he can't leave her.  Sonali starts hitting and pushing Oscar then goes into the kitchen and grabs a knife.

In the 9th storyboard sheet, Sonali starts to approach Oscar with the knife.  Oscar yells no and pushes Sonali.  The screen suddenly goes black and you just hear a big "THUD."  The screen then switches to Sonali on the floor and Oscar falling to the ground to check on her.  No movement comes from Sonali, then blood starts coming out from under Sonali's head.  The screen turns black again and there's a voiceover of Oscar saying, "What have I done?"
